At Marochand, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. This policy explains how order cancellations work. 

Cancellation Timeframe 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. 
  • After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible. 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders 

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. 
  • Shipping or handling costs (if already incurred) may not be refundable. 

Orders Already Shipped 

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
