At Marochand, your satisfaction is very important to us. Each product is handmade with care by skilled Moroccan artisans. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Returns 

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 
  • Certain products such as customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Refunds 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. 
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. 
  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). 

Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at contact@marochand.com before sending your item back. 

Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
